Eric Ashley has joined IBC Technologies as a product development manager responsible for leading efforts to identify future product needs, assist in the development of new offerings and champion a winning IBC/INTERGAS product portfolio. With more than 13 years of experience managing and developing high efficiency products, Ashley is a welcome addition to IBC team. 

Ashley began his professional career with Takagi tankless water heaters in Irvine, California, where he managed marketing responsibilities. When A.O. Smith acquired the Takagi distribution rights in 2010, he was promoted to market development manager for high efficiency products.

In 2012, Ashley joined Navien Inc. where he spent more than seven years developing innovative products while leading the product management team.
