Wolseley Industrial Group, the industrial division of Ferguson Enterprises LLC and a leading supplier of products and services to the North American industrial market, has announced the acquisition of Process Instruments & Controls LLC completed Sept. 9, 2019. The company will transition to the Wolseley Industrial Group brand.

Headquartered in Bakersfield, California, Process Instruments & Controls LLC is a distributor of high-quality process instrumentation, valves and control valves. The company offers technical expertise in automation and has strong relationships within the oil and gas markets in central California.
