October marks the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021 with the PVF industry continuing to deal with many uncertainties. 

Kevin Condron grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania. While attending the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, he met a local woman named Clare Kennedy and they later married in 1968.
