The Detection Group Inc., a provider of wireless water security solutions and leader in wireless water leak detection for commercial buildings, has joined the Watts family of brands.

The new site allows increased capacity, flexibility and efficiency for Gold Seal product certification, laboratory testing, education and training, and membership services.

The acquisition marks the company's eighth wholesale location in the state of Connecticut and sixth Frank Webb Home showroom in the area.

The additional capacity was prompted by increased demand for the company’s drinking water products for both residential and commercial spaces.

The acquisition marks Core & Main's 12th transaction since becoming an independent company in 2017.

The distinction is of the highest professional accolades accorded to an engineer.
