Nominations are open for an ACCA contractor member company known for stellar spirit of giving and charitable work for the 2016 Skip Snyder Humanitarian Award. This award recognizes an ACCA contractor member that makes extraordinary benevolent contributions for those in need for the betterment of society and community.
Last year’s honoree, Brian Hooper of MSI Mechanical Systems, was recognized for his leadership and participation in Building Dreams for Marines, which greatly improves life on a daily basis for New Hampshire marines significantly injured during their duty to our nation by providing no cost home renovations to make living more comfortable and accessible.
This award was established in 2014 in memory of Skip Snyder, a past national chairman of ACCA and NATE, for lifelong benevolent efforts and actions. The 2014 award was presented to ACCA former Board Chairman Jim Isaac of Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., for decades of work with Habitat for Humanity.
Nominations must be emailed to me at rosemary.graeme@acca.org no later than Dec. 18. Nominations must include the name of an individual from an ACCA contractor member company for consideration, along with a brief description of the benevolent efforts and charitable actions.
