An estimated 1,800 United Auto Workers union members voted 94 percent to vote down a proposal from Kohler Co.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that workers cited multiple problems with the company’s offer, including an inadequate pay increase, higher insurance costs and the continuation of a two-tier pay wage system.
