Effective immediately, Jens Bolleyer has been promoted to the position of VP & GM of Eemax. Bolleyer will continue to oversee sales and marketing, as well as oversee finance, HR, operations, and engineering.

Kevin Ruppelt, the current VP & GM, will provide overall guidance and to support to Bolleyer in further development of the Eemax business strategy.

As the commercial leader of the business, Bolleyer has been instrumental in the company’s success for the past five years. He has been responsible for key growth initiatives, including Eemax’s expansion into new channels of distribution and new product applications. His experience will be critical as Eemax drives innovation and global growth. This change in the business unit leadership will add emphasis on bringing Eemax closer to its customers, channel partners, influencers and to develop business strategies with new products that are rooted in voice of the customer feedback.
