SharkBite Plumbing Solutions’s EvoPEX plumbing system for new construction has been installed in the New American Home 2018 and will be featured in the New American Remodel 2018, the official show homes of the International Builder’s Show, Jan. 9-11 in Orlando. Serving as a real-world laboratories, the homes combine building best practices with sustainable design, innovative construction techniques and state-of-the-art products while showcasing the most noteworthy advancements in home building.

The New American Home 2018 is located in the Bella Collina Golf Community just outside of Orlando. SharkBite’s EvoPEX system – including fittings, PEX pipe, outlet boxes, valves and other accessories – has been installed in the home, providing a complete meter-to-fixture plumbing solution. The push-to-connect design eliminates the need for special tools, soldering, crimping or glue, resulting in quicker installs and significantly reducing the potential for installation errors and call backs.

Located in downtown Orlando, the New American Remodel 2018 is a 1930s-era home that has been transformed using the industry’s latest building products and techniques. SharkBite’s universal fittings have been installed in the home to replace the traditional pipe-and-fitting system with a leak-free, push-to-connect solution.

The homes will be open to IBS attendees for scheduled tours from Jan. 9-11. In addition to participation in the show homes, SharkBite will be exhibiting at IBS 2018 booth No. S3200, where the brand will showcase 100 new plumbing products across 23 product categories.
