William A. Shane has just been named Executive Director of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino (PHCC ORSB).

Shane brings nearly 25 years of experience to his position, having coordinated Executive Board, staff, and community relations. He also created and implemented short- and long-term sustainable fundraising programs, and served as a Crisis Management Director.

Continuing education through workforce development will be one of the focal points of Shane’s tenure as Executive Director. Initiatives like Ride and Decide will be leveraged to raise awareness of the rewarding and profitable careers available in the plumbing, heating and cooling trades.

“Shane’s education and talent as a speaker mean he’ll connect with the brightest and the best in schools and our communities – exactly the individuals we want to draw into the construction trades,” said PHCC ORSB President Mike Barker.

Shane will be reaching out to current PHCC Members, Affiliate Members, and Contractor Members, as well as working to connect with non-members, touching base and sharing his vision for PHCC ORSB.
