A local CBS news affiliate in Philadelphia reports that the owners of Centra-Spike Inc., Fort Washington, Pa., face charges of using stolen identities to steal more than $120,000.
According to investigators, Eric Martin and Portia Martin stole the identities of at least eight people and used that information to apply for loans.
