Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) has hired Pam Krivda, Esq. to be apart of HARDI's Human Resources Consulting Program.
Krivda is Board-Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in the practice of labor and employment law, and is a partner at Columbus firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP.
“With an expansive network of experts on-hand in every state, Pam and her team are prepared to address and provide solutions to HARDI members on virtually any human resources issue,” said HARDI Manager of Training and HR Solutions Nick Benton. "She has such an integral knowledge of many problems and frustrations that affect businesses in this area, especially when it comes to compliance. Krivda has more than 25 years of experience representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matter. Continuous with her expertise are areas of legal compliance: handbooks and policies, leaves of absence, employee accommodation, wage and hour requirements, non-harassment protocols, termination, separation agreements, reductions in force, last chance agreements and management training services.
