WinWholesale Inc. bought M. Cooper Supply, Mokena, Ill., on July 1.

M. Cooper Supply supplies the Chicago area and all counties in northern Illinois and northwest Indiana from its 80,000 sq. ft. distribution center.

The company will do business as M. Cooper Winsupply.  According to a report in the July 7 edition of the Dayton Daily News, Tom Schleisner of WinWholesale will take over as president of the new acquisition.

Current M. Cooper executives Dave Poteete and Greg Goode will remain with the company in senior level positions. M. Cooper Winsupply has 75 employees.
