SEMCO LLC, a manufacturer of indoor air quality solutions, named the Trane GA/AL Sales District, as “Rep of the Year—2016” at the 2017 International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating Expo.

Headed by Patrick Richardson, represented products manager, the Trane-GA/AL Sales District secured several large projects in the Southeast last year. The most notable was Pinnacle, a financial company facility that applied SEMCO's IQHC chilled beams. Pinnacle dedicated outdoor air systems units and the 2016 AHR Innovation Award winning NEUTON controllable chilled beam pump module for its HVAC system. SEMCO's BACnet open protocol controllers, which were factory installed and programmed on their equipment, added to the integration into the Trane building automation system.
