Panasonic Heating and Air Conditioning Group is pleased to announce that Kensen Lee has joined Panasonic as regional sales manager in the Southwest to develop its growing portfolio of sales.

Lee is a veteran of the HVAC community, with more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Panasonic, he spent time with several top HVAC companies, including Honeywell, York and most recently, as a branch manager for R.E Michel Company, Inc. in Las Vegas.

Lee will be responsible for California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. In his new position, his responsibilities will include managing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals, evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region sales volume and recommend products or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential in the region.
