Sean McPherson has been promoted to president and CEO of Duker-Reilly-McPherson and Associates, Inc. He succeeds current President Ray McPherson, who will remain involved in the company as chairman of the board.

Since 1973, DRM has been a trusted supplier of specialized HVAC, high speed hand dryers, air curtains, controls, and many other products for the state of Michigan and surrounding areas.

McPherson looks forward to the future regardless of the challenges the industry may face, with the speed of business increasing and information easily obtained from the internet, there is a struggle for manufacture representatives to stay relevant. “We are constantly looking for ways to innovate, work smarter and stay competitive.”

In 2000, McPherson received a Bachelors degree from Ferris State University in small business management. Shortly after, McPherson began working at DRM as an inside/outside sales representative. In 2008, he became partner and took on the roles of CFO and vice president.
