Indianapolis, Ind. – P-M & Associates is excited to announce the expansion of team with the hiring of three new associates:

•Shannon Ambrose has been hired as architectural & design sales associate and will focus on marketing our products & services to the architectural & design community. Ambrose resides in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis and has a background in both healthcare and hospitality.

“Shannon has a contagious personality that brightens any room and a no-fear attitude when it comes to talking with potential customers. She has already made a significant impact on our agency and will be a tremendous asset to our principals,” said Vice President Michael Henderson.

•Jim Bova has been hired as quotations manager and will work with George Haake in our office to handle all duties associated with our bid/spec projects. Bova spent 21 years with Lee Supply Corporation in various roles including six years in their quotations department before leaving to pursue other opportunities.

“Jim’s experience, enthusiasm and work ethic will provide a great deal of value to our quotations department and assist us in helping our principals gain share in our market,” said CEO Steve Hullett.

•Ryan McBride has been hired for the position of inside sales customer representative. McBride joins the existing team of Adam Arrivo, Amelia Little and Darren Jaynes. He spent most of his career as an associate with Test Gauge & Backflow, a specialty distributor of Backflow Assemblies, Parts & Accessories.

“We are really excited to have Ryan on board and fill out our inside group. His knowledge of product and distribution will be a big benefit to our associates and our principals,” said President Rick Meyer.
