LiveSwitch, a leading provider of video communication solutions, has announced the addition of “Projects” and the expansion of sharing capabilities in LiveSwitch Contact. The overhaul of the company’s flagship solution means organizations who use LiveSwitch Contact can now group their videos, documents, and photos by project and can easily share the full contents of any project with people outside of their organization.
LiveSwitch Contact is a video communications platform that allows companies to easily initiate a video call or receive a video recording through a text message, QR code, or website form. It is used heavily across many service industries, including home services, moving, and self-storage.

Implemented based on customer feedback, the enhancements to LiveSwitch Contact allow customers to do the following:
