Neuco, a leading master distributor of HVACR controls in North America, is pleased to announce that Dan Gawel has joined the team as the senior director of operations as of June 2024. Gawel brings over 20 years of extensive experience in executive and senior management roles, having served in various operational leadership positions within private equity portfolio companies and privately held businesses. His expertise includes P&L ownership, multi-site leadership, and global operations.

In his new role at Neuco, Gawel will oversee the distribution centers, warehouse teams, product data and information, logistics, facilities, and equipment. He is set to continue building on Neuco's customer satisfaction-focused continuous improvement culture. Gawel has a proven track record of ensuring the successful execution of company initiatives, developing talent throughout an organization, and restructuring operations to maximize scalability, quality, and efficiency.

Gawel earned his MBA from Elmhurst University in 2011 and is committed to driving operational excellence at Neuco.
