WASHINGTON — The International Code Council (ICC) has been announced as the sponsor of National Institute of Building Sciences Board Chairman James “Tim” Ryan’s remarks about the importance of leadership and collaboration in reaching industry goals to advance high performance and resiliency.
Ryan will be a keynote speaker at the luncheon on January 6, 2015, at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, D.C. Building Innovation 2015: The National Institute of Building Sciences Third Annual Conference & Expo is scheduled for January 6-9, 2015, and will center on the topic of “Creating High-Performing Resilient Communities”
Ryan is code administrator for the city of Overland Park, Kan. Ryan will talk about the importance of leadership and collaboration in reaching industry goals—particularly in advancing high performance and resiliency. He will focus on the role the institute’s councils and committees play in supporting the mission of the institute and realizing high-performing, resilient communities.
