Merit Brass Co., a leading manufacturer and master distributor in the pipe, valve and fitting industry, has announced the appointment of its new chief financial officer, Michael Woloszyn; vice president of procurement, James Maloney; and director of customer service, Rhonda Losh.
Chief Financial Officer. Michael Woloszyn has many years of experience in finance and accounting. As a certified public accountant (CPA), he has a proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability, and his expertise will be invaluable in guiding Merit towards continued success.
Woloszyn will be responsible for overseeing Merit’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, risk management, and M&A. He will work closely with Darren Hilliard, president, and the rest of the strategic leadership team to develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability.

Vice President of Procurement. James Maloney brings a wealth of experience to Merit Brass, having served for the past 20 years in progressive global procurement and supply chain roles. He has a proven record of successfully developing and implementing strategies that significantly reduced costs and streamlined operations.
In his role, Maloney will lead the procurement and logistics function at Merit and work closely with the strategic leadership team to develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies that align with the company’s overall direction.

Director of Customer Service. Rhonda Losh comes to Merit with over 27 years of experience in varying roles of customer service. The addition of Rhonda as director of customer service allows Merit to better focus on the entire customer experience from the quote to order fulfillment process.
As director of customer service, Losh will oversee all aspects of Merit’s customer service operations, including customer support and inside sales. She will work closely with the customer service team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customers’ Merit experience, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
