Harris Products Group has made it easier for HVAC/R and plumbing professionals to find the brazing equipment, alloys, and gas distribution products they need to get the job done. The company's new website includes tools to give the industry quick and easy access to products, 'how-to' guides, videos, case studies, and more.

"We realize that distributors and contractors want to get information fast, and it needs to be comprehensive. We've worked to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get the product details and support they need so they can move on to their other pressing needs," said Ira Bennett, marketing director at Harris Products Group. 

The new website includes hundreds of products used in HVAC/R and plumbing such as brazing tools and alloys. Harris is adding 360-degree views on many products. The mobile version is just as easy to navigate as the desktop version, Bennett said.

"We've made it easy to locate not only products, but also supporting documents such as spec sheets, technical data and safety guidelines," she said. "Basically, you can find anything you need with a click of the mouse or a tap on your smartphone."

A 'compare' tool allows users to view up to four similar Harris products, providing a quick way to consider other options. Filters have been installed for various products such as 'metals to join' for brazing products and 'gas service' for regulation products. Harris continues to refine these filters and will add more in the near future.

"This website is packed full of useful information," Bennett said. "On the 'Solutions' tab you can select your industry and see all the products offered. The 'Resource' tab includes a knowledge center with articles and videos, our marketing portal, and compliance and safety information."

The 'Where to Buy' function allows users to easily find Harris distributors in their area for Industrial, Wholesale (HVAC/R and Plumbing), and Spec Gas. 

The U.S., Canada and Mexico versions of the website are live now, and Harris is working on versions of the website for other international customers and expects to launch them in the coming months. The website address has remained the same, www.HarrisProductsGroup.com.
