ACCA has launched the Service Manager of the Year Award Program that will recognize one outstanding service manager as the best of the best during Service Leadership 2016 taking place Oct. 27-28, 2016, in Cincinnati.
Service managers who work for an ACCA member company in good standing are eligible for the award and must be nominated by their company's owner, president, or general manager through the online application form at www.acca.org/servicemanageroftheyear.
"ACCA launched this new program to recognize service managers, because they are such an important part of the success of contracting businesses," said Kevin Holland, ACCA senior vice president of business operations and membership. "We know there are many outstanding service managers working every day, going above and beyond their normal duties to help their companies. We want to recognize those service managers and expect to see a large number of nominations come in before the Sept. 30 deadline."

All nominations that are received by the Sept. 30, 2016, deadline will be vetted by a panel of contractors, who will base their decision on the write-ups provided in the application process.
Contracting company owners, president, and general managers can nominate their service manager for the award at www.acca.org/servicemanageroftheyear.
