Forrest Anderson Plumbing and A/C (Forrest Anderson) is proud to recognize its employees for being named AZ Central's Best of the Desert first place winner in both AC/Heating and Plumbing in the West Valley. The third generation Glendale company rallied support from loyal customers, industry peers, friends and relatives to claim top honors.
"It was our amazing customers who put this award in our hands. We thank them for welcoming us into their homes and recognizing our dedication to hard work and strong ethics," said Audrey Monell, president of Forrest Anderson. "I am so proud of my team for being committed to excellence and going the extra mile to take care of our customers."
AZ Central's Best of the Desert Award lets the Phoenix Metro community honor their favorite businesses by nominating and voting for them in select categories. The awards were presented to Forrest Anderson and other winners at a special gala on May 20, celebrating the winners and finalists across a variety of industries.
"We were proud to celebrate the evening with our incredible peers, who have all worked so hard during the pandemic to serve their customers and teams," Monell added. "Our company is always thinking of ways to improve our services and stay true to my grandfather's core values to treat people right, do our best job, and always do the right thing."
Forrest Anderson ensures every customer feels comfortable in their homes and business space by offering repair, maintenance, and installation services for air conditioning and plumbing. Technicians and plumbers are available 24/7, prepared to solve any emergency and prevent another from happening in the future.
Dedicated to integrity and customer service, Forrest Anderson launched the Complete Service Experience last year to help customers make educated decisions about their service. The new process forms a trusting relationship between customer and technician, involving high-definition pictures on a tablet and carefully explaining all potential options regarding repair or replacement.
Forrest Anderson, along with all winners and finalists, will be featured in The Arizona Republic Newspaper's Best of the Best commemorative magazine issue, available on May 30.
