QM Drain, a leader in drain manufacturing and design whose products are recognized for innovation, reliability, quality, and engineering excellence has announced the appointment of Karina Bernoti as CEO, and Eric Phelps as vice president of sales and marketing for North America. 

Karina will replace Carlos Bernoti, who has been critical in leading and positioning the company as one of the top drain companies. Bernoti will continue to be involved with QM as chief innovation officer and work with Karina in close partnership to continue moving the company forward.

Phelps joins QM Drain with more than 27 years of experience in the decorative plumbing industry. He most recently served as the sales and marketing general manager for ESS. “I am excited to have Eric join the QM team to lead our continued expansion.
