SCHOCK North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Regen, Germany-based SCHOCK GmbH, a world market leader and inventor of quartz/granite composite kitchen sinks, has named Marc Nover as CEO. In this role, Nover will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business in North America, including developing strategic direction and fueling a corporate-wide initiative of significant growth.
Nover brings more than 30 years of experience in the kitchen and bath manufacturing industry to SCHOCK, most recently spending 12 years as president of Blanco America. He also served as general manager of Villeroy and Boch USA for four years and was with American Standard for 15 years, where he served as vice president of sales for the last four. Nover earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Peter Shim, COO of SCHOCK NA, will continue in his role, reporting to Nover.
