A federal lawsuit that demands the state of Michigan and city of Flint completely replace all lead service lines in Flint’s water system at no cost to customers, including privately owned lines, will have its first hearing May 11 in Detroit. In other news, Flint is started an ad campaign urging residents to regularly run their tap water to help rid system of lead.
