ARS acquires Aspen Air

American Residential Services, Memphis, Tenn., announced Jan. 12 that it has acquired the assets of Aspen Air Conditioning, Boca Raton, Fla. This acquisition will be in the eighth major metro market that ARS serves in Florida, further broadening its statewide presence.

Aspen Air's President, Steve Maguire, will continue to oversee the flourishing 32-year-old HVAC business.
