MIFAB Mini Max HDPE Grease Interceptor
The new MIFAB Mini Max High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Grease Interceptor is a one-piece, wet waste interceptor. The Mini Max has two removable ABS plastic strainer trays, a removable filter, a 2-inch PVC inlet, a 2-inch HDPE outlet connection and four adjustable support legs.
The small-profile interceptor can be used in restaurants, kitchens, bars, institutions and other types of food processing areas where fat, oil and grease, and food particles drain with the wastewater. Installed directly under the sink, grease and food debris are trapped prior to entering the P-trap and grease interceptor. This eliminates back-ups and reduces interceptor cleanings and grease trap pump outs. A disposable filter, either general use or specially designed for coffee grounds, is required for operation.
