Haws Introduces New Warranty, Field Service Program

Haws has introduced Haws Services, a warranty and field service offering for emergency shower and eyewash products.

ANSI compliance is a crucial component of emergency eyewash and shower first aid. Haws Services is dedicated to delivering worry-free emergency response by removing the challenges associated with owning, operating, and maintaining emergency equipment that is ANSI-compliant and functioning properly.

This new offering includes factory trained and certified Subject Matter Experts to provide remote and onsite technical support and guidance as well direct regional in-person access. Services include product start-up and commissioning, annual ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 inspections, online and onsite emergency response equipment, competent person training, product repairs and upgrades regardless of brand, Haws’ all-inclusive warranty service and preventative maintenance contracts.

Haws Services offers regional support for new products and existing systems, covering all aspects of a product lifecycle.
