Oatey Acquires G.F. Thompson

Oatey Co. has acquired G.F. Thompson Co. Ltd., the manufacturer and distributor of products serving the plumbing and HVAC markets in Canada based in Newmarket, Ontario.

G. F. Thompson was founded in 1947 and its extensive product line is sold throughout Canada to the plumbing, HVAC, industrial and retail trades. Product categories include sealants, compounds, cleaning and pipe preparation chemicals and related accessories. G.F. Thompson manufactures products under the brand name “Masters.”
