Brian Salem joins Acorn Engineering as national sales manager for controls

City of Industry – Acorn Engineering Company is pleased to announce that Brian Salem has joined Acorn as the national sales manager for Controls.

Salem has worked in the plumbing industry for 13 years. He started working in his family’s plumbing contractor business where he was responsible for job quotations, project management and team leadership. He was with Wilo-USA for three years and spent a brief time at Weil McLain, in both cases as a sales manager. He has a BBA from the University of Iowa.

Salem will be based out of Acorn’s Lake Bluff, Illinois facility alongside the design team that now supports both the Controls and Safety product lines. Salem’s primary responsibility will be to support Acorn Controls, but he will also be providing support for our Acorn Safety line.
