Danfoss Releases New Larger Capacity Compressor for the Turbocor TT Series

The new Danfoss Turbocor TT700 compressor expands the capacity range of the TT series to up to 400V and 200 TR. Designed for water-cooled chiller applications and built with proven Turbocor technology, the new TT700 compressors are oil-free, variable-speed, magnetic bearing centrifugal compressors that provide full- and part-load energy efficiency. The compressors also feature a small footprint, are lightweight and offer low vibration, very low sound, intelligent controls and soft starting characteristics. The new TT700 will be able to deliver 200 Tons (700kW) at typical full load rating conditions for 400V and 380V applications, both 50Hz and 60Hz.
