NIBCO promotes Randy Doering to general manager-Industrial Plastics

Elkhart, Ind. – NIBCO INC. promoted Randy Doering to general manager – industrial plastics of its Charlestown, Indiana, manufacturing facility, reporting to Steve Malm, president and chief operating officer. In addition to overseeing the daily operations, Doering is responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, objectives and initiatives to grow industrial plastics in a global market. Doering brings more than 27 years of experience in the plastics industry to his role as general manager of the Charlestown facility. He joined NIBCO in 1999 as a product manager of Chemtrol thermoplastic piping systems. He has been promoted to various marketing and sales management positions throughout his NIBCO career, including his previous position as general manager, PEX Piping Systems. Doering holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University in South Bend, Indiana.
