
HSA Introduces Distribution Business Development Manager Role
HSA is proud to announce the creation of its distribution business development manager position, a strategic role designed to strengthen our relationships and ensure its distribution partners have the tools and knowledge to thrive.
About the role:
This role is exclusively dedicated to training and partner development across HSA's Illinois
and Wisconsin markets. It is a full-time commitment to educating distribution partners,
enhancing their expertise, and fostering confidence in promoting the products we
represent.
Key initiatives include:
- Developing and executing training programs to educate distribution partners on HSA’s 20+ plumbing, HVAC, and PVF product offerings.
- Establishing a consistent training cadence across all distribution partners.
- Communicating current and upcoming promotions to drive awareness and sales.
- Working closely with distribution branch managers to address training needs, resolve elevated issues, and facilitate field support when needed.
- Scheduling and coordinating CEUs.
