CCR Launches New Customer Portal to Enhance Access to Technical Documentation and Tools

Carrier Commercial Refrigeration (CCR) will launch a new Customer Portal, introducing a secure and streamlined platform for clients to access key technical documentation, tools, and real-time updates.

This new portal marks an important advancement in our customer service capabilities, offering features that include the following:

  • Technical documentation for delivered products, encompassing PED documentation Installation and Operation Manuals (IOM), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID), Electrical drawings, and more that is easily accessible in one location.  
  • An interactive product selection tool to aid clients in selecting the most suitable solutions for their needs.
  • QuietCO₂OL CO₂ and Oil Charge Tool, designed to assist clients in managing product start up.
  • Access to the latest news and updates from Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, ensuring clients are always informed of developments and innovations.
  • And much more, with further functionalities planned for future updates.
