The Guardian PVC and CPVC Double Containment Piping Systems from IPEX feature the innovative Centra-lok molded supports, designed to significantly reduce the number of joints — by 40 to 60% — and field joints by up to 10% compared to traditional containment systems. This design addresses the common issue of leaks and system failures at pipe joints, thereby lowering maintenance and installation costs. The Guardian system is versatile, offering various vinyl pipe combinations for both containment and carrier lines, with diameters ranging from 1/2-inch to 24 inches. Available materials include industrial-grade Xirtec PVC and high-temperature Xirtec CPVC. Additionally, IPEX provides fittings such as tees and elbows, and an optional Drain-Guard system for DWV applications.
