Delco Sales, Watts, and T&S Brass Step on the Gas for Specifying Engineers

In mid-September 2023, Delco Sales held an educational summit, dubbed “Accelerate 2023,” with two of its manufacturers’ Watts and T&S Brass.  

The unique event, held in West Hollywood, California at the Peterson Automotive Museum, drew over 100 specifying engineers and facility manager attendees. 

“What an event. I couldn’t be more pleased with the venue and the turnout,” explained Chris Nicosia, Delco’s CEO. Watts and T&S both understand specifying engineer needs. It’s apparent in their investment in education, product technology, and solutions. Watts displayed a large, working backflow and a variety of smart and connected products such as roof drain monitors, Orion chemical drains, BLŰCHER stainless steel pipe and drains, and digital mixing technologies. T&S Brass showcased many faucets, parts, and accessories.  

Attendees had limited access to the museum from 5 to 7 p.m. Opening remarks were offered at 6 p.m. by Delco Sales’ Chris Nicosia, CEO, and principal; Taylor Grist, director, sales operations and national sales Managers; and Zack Thiesen, director of sales for lab and plumbing, T&S Brass.  

Over the course of the evening the CEU sessions that were offered included the following:

• Mitigating Waterborne Pathogens with Precise Flow Temperature Control, presented by Dan Checri, Watts
• Standards, Legislation, and Testing Revisions, by Jeff Baldwin, T&S Brass 
• Industrial Piping Solutions, by Scott Steindler, Watts 
• Plumbing Design for Healthcare, presented by David Kachurak, T&S Brass
