International Code Council Receives Building Talent Foundation Industry Champion Award

The International Code Council received the Building Talent Foundation (BTF)’s 2022 ‘Industry Champion’ award at the International Building Show in Las Vegas. BTF’s mission is to advance the education, training, and career progression of young people and people from under-represented groups, helping them develop into skilled technical workers and business owners in residential construction.

The Code Council has supported BTF’s mission to build a sustainable workforce and is being recognized for its programs, such as Safety 2.0, that help welcome and guide a new generation of members and leaders to the building safety profession. Dominic Sims, Chief Executive Officer of the Code Council, accepted the award.”
