Brooke Chase Associates Recruits Dale Fields as CEO, USA for Jmatek

Joseph McElmeel, chairman and CEO of executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates Inc., is pleased to announce the successful recruitment by its executive recruiter, Richard Mohrman, of Dale Fields as North America's CEO with Jmatek.

With P&L leadership responsibility North American operations, Fields will lead all aspects of the business while developing and shaping strategy to drive profitable growth. Further development of the leadership team, expanding channel opportunities, driving new product introduction, and establishing onshore manufacturing, are among the initiatives he will be tasked with.

Fields has an extensive background in HVAC leadership and management, including work with LG Electronics, Mitsubishi Electric, and Barksdale Control Products. He most recently held the position of director of the Water Heating Division with Rheem Manufacturing. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Georgia Southern University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
