AIV Acquires RW Flow Controls

AIV, a Houston-based global master distributor of valves and actuators, has announced it has acquired RW Flow Controls.

Founded in 1989 by Tom Wheatley III, RW Flow Controls is a premier master distributor for Cameron products and caters to all wholesale distributors in North America. 

“The opportunity to combine the strengths of AIV, RW Flow Controls and Cameron matches up with our core value of providing tier one products to our customers around the world,” said AIV President Trey Cook. “We are excited to welcome the RW Flow Controls employees to the AIV family and are honored to continue the legacy Mr. Wheatley has built over the last few decades.”

RW Flow Controls will begin the transition and consolidation of inventory and personnel into the AIV global headquarters within a six-month time frame.
