Matco-Norca now offers Stainless Steel Shielded Transition Couplings in various sizes to be used to connect dissimilar drain, waste and vent (DWV) pipes and fittings. Easy to install and resistant to shear forces and corrosion, these 301/304 stainless steel clamp-rivet couplings create rigid and long-lasting pipe joints. The company's Stainless Steel Shielded Transition Couplings, with a max operating temperature of 180°F, can be used to connect cast iron, plastic steel, copper and tubular pipe and fittings. Available in sizes from 1 1/2 inches to 8 inches, the couplings conform to ASTM C1460/ASTMC564, CSA B602, UPC and cUPC.
