PHCPPros November 2020 Millennial Roundup

November 18, 2020

In 2019, PHCPPros launched the "Millennials On The Move" honorary listing in Plumbing Engineer, PHC News and The Wholesaler magazines. The listing was created to shed light on what is now the largest generation in the workforce, while also launching bigger conversations on topics such as industry recruiting, talent retention, leadership development and more. This year, PHCPPros is expanding that conversation outside of our industry with a convenient roundup of the millennial news, stories, and trends that catch our attention each month.

Much of this month's conversation around millennials centered on moving back home during the COVID-19 pandemic. While it’s an economic decision for some, many are also helping to care for their parents’ health. Additionally, below you’ll find that millennials continue to fuel growing markets and break workplace norms.
