Zurn to sponsor, present PHCPPros webinar on IoT
The PHCPPros fall webinar series is in full swing. The next webinar will be sponsored and presented by Zurn Industries. Taking place on October 21 at 1:00pm(CST), the webinar will be "How to Tap into Smart Plumbing for Smart Business" and presented by Warren Anderson, Senior Product Manager of Internet of Things (IoT) at Zurn Industries.
Anderon's presentation explore how IoT connects buildings by providing real-time data for action and evaluative purposes. Plumbing products can be part of the connected building to reduce maintenance and costs, help conserve water, increase operational efficiency and help reduce the spread of germs not achievable with non-connected plumbing products. This webinar will review some examples of the data that can be collected from commercial plumbing products to deliver critical information to building managers and owners. It will also describe how these products create cost and time savings, and contribute to overall occupant satisfaction and wellness.
Within an hour, webinar attendees will:
- Have awareness and understanding about the latest connected plumbing products (faucets, flush valves, and backflow preventers)
- Understand exactly how connected plumbing products can save time and money AND help reduce the spread of germs
- Know how connected product information is collected, shared, and protected
- Gain knowledge about how to specifically use this data to improve daily operations
- Understand connected plumbing’s ease of installation/maintenance and why it doesn’t require IT support
