Cregger Company Acquires Black's Electrical Supply

Cregger Company, a major supplier of plumbing and HVAC products, continues to expand its electrical division with the acquisition of Black's Electrical Supply. Black's Electrical has four outlets, with two located in Greenville, South Carolina, and one location each in Seneca and Easley, South Carolina. 

Robbie Hamilton, president of Black's Electrical, said, "The combining of Cregger's financial resources along with product diversification along with our outstanding staff will create new opportunities and strengthen our business." 

The addition of these facilities expands Cregger's electrical operations to eight alone locations, along with four additional locations offering electrical along with other product lines. 

Cheryl Black, CFO of Black's Electrical, will resume the position of district manager of the four locations, and Randy Smith, a veteran of 20-plus years with Black's Electrical, will serve as operations manager.
