Core & Main, the U.S. distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products, has acquired St. Louis Fabrication & Supply, a provider of fire protection product fabrication and distribution in the St. Louis area and surrounding markets. This acquisition marks the second by Core & Man since becoming an independent company in August of 2017. The custom fabrication business will operate as a key part of Core & main’s Fire Protection business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
