IMARK Plumbing held its August Invitational Meeting, Aug. 1-3, at the JW Marriott in Marco Island, Florida. A limited in-person event featuring 71 suppliers and 75 members with a showing from Luxury Products Group, as well.
The three-day event featured networking events, one-on-one supplier meetings, and an overview of IMARK XTeach, the training portal first developed by LPG, now being carried over to the wholesale distribution side, and focuses on soft-selling skills, merchandising, and making the counter room perform profitably. “We are excited to see a proprietary training system come to IMARK, where the wholesale team members can sharpen their skills on more than just product training.” said John Aykroyd, president of IMARK Plumbing. The event also reinforced to members and suppliers the advantages of IMARK group with dashboard reporting, growth goals, GainShare Joint Marketing Planning along with several new initiatives.
The attendees were happy to connect and share best practices in what has been an exceptionally busy year.
