Grundfos Holding's board of directors has appointed Group Executive Vice President Poul Due Jensen as the new CEO of Grundfos. Jensen will take up the post immediately.

Poul's global experience, strong results, leadership qualities and values, all were crucial to the decision, the company said.

“We are pleased that Poul wants to take on the position of CEO and we see it as an opportunity to build on and accelerate on the great results that have been created in recent years, said Jens Moberg, chairman of the board of Grundfos.

Jensen said he looks forward to further developing Grundfos' global leadership position within water and pump solutions, as well as contributing to solving the world’s water and climate challenges and improve the lives of people in collaboration with their partners worldwide.
